I am a compassionate and supportive Registered Psychotherapist that can help you feel more present in the moment and develop strategies that can best support you.
I provide services in English and French for those who are experiencing excessive amounts of worry, intense emotions, and those who generally feel overwhelmed in life.
What makes me different — I accept people just as they are, with lots of compassion and without judgement.
I respectfully acknowledge the traditional, ancestral and unceded territory of the Anishinaabe Algonquin People on which I live and work today.
I acknowledge the privileges that I hold as a white, cisgender woman as well as my inability to fully understand of the realities marginalized bodies face every day.
